Upgrades:

Upgrade and crossgrade purchases require you to enter your existing serial number during checkout.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your Boris FX Online Store purchase, please e-mail orders@borisfx.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 15 calendar days of the product receipt. Monthly subscriptions are excluded from any returns. For instructions on canceling a monthly subscription, click here

Downloads:

For full purchases, installer links and serial numbers will be emailed with your invoice. Upgrades and purchases that require manual order processing will be responded to no later than one business day. If you already have an installed Trial version, please use your serial number to activate. License Instructions.

RLM Floating License Option for Continuum, Sapphire, and Mocha:

Sapphire, Mocha, and Continuum (BCC 10.0.5 and up) include Floating License support for Boris Continuum enterprise customers, using the same Reprise License Manager (RLM).

1 year of Free Upgrades:

All purchases of standard licenses for Continuum, Sapphire, Mocha Pro and Silhouette come with a free 1 year contract for the Upgrade and Support plan, entitling you to any upgrades within 12 months of purchase date. Prior to the expiry of your Upgrade and Support plan, you will receive a quotation to renew at our current price. Reinstating a plan that has lapsed will incur an additional cost.

Support:

Boris FX provides complimentary email and phone support for current versions of Continuum, Sapphire, Mocha Pro, and Silhouette within 12 months of your original date of purchase.

To be eligible for support, all Boris FX customers users must have an active Upgrade and Support contract. If you are using a version of any Boris FX product that is not the current public release and require support, please upgrade prior to filling out a support ticket. Customers whose Upgrade and Support contract has lapsed will need to reinstate this in order to receive support. Customers whose Upgrade and Support contract lapsed more than 36 months ago will need to purchase a new standard license or subscription.

Continuum Units and Premium Filters: Units and Premium Filters are eligible for 12 months of email support only. Software updates can be purchased as needed for an additional fee. (See individual units for pricing.)

Support options for after your complimentary year of support under your one year Upgrade and Support contract has expired: visit our Forums or reinstate your Upgrade and Support contract.

Taxes in the EU and UK

All prices on this website are shown exclusive of taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Boris FX is registered to collect VAT in the UK and EU. When you make a purchase in our online store from these regions, taxes will be applied to your order as follows.

VAT Registered Businesses in the EU

If you enter a valid VAT number from an EU member state on your account page or during checkout, you will not be charged VAT at the time of purchase. Private Customers in the EU

You will be charged VAT at your local rate in accordance with the EU VAT regulations for supply of digital services. Our EU VAT number is EU372022261. Businesses and Private Customers in the UK

Following the end of the Brexit transition period, the UK has introduced VAT on digital services. As Boris FX is VAT registered in the UK and fulfils orders from our UK subsidiary, all sales from our website to UK customers are subject to VAT. Our UK VAT number is 794 3841 87.
