Upgrades: Upgrade and crossgrade purchases require you to enter your existing serial number during checkout.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Boris FX Online Store purchase, please e-mail orders@borisfx.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 14 calendar days of the product receipt.

Downloads: For full purchases, installer links and serial numbers will be emailed with your invoice. Upgrades and purchases that require manual order processing will be responded to no later than one business day. If you already have an installed Trial version, please use your serial number to activate. RLM Floating License Option for Continuum, Sapphire, and Mocha:

Sapphire, Mocha, and Continuum (BCC 10.0.5 and up) include Floating License support for Boris Continuum enterprise customers, using the same Reprise License Manager (RLM).

Price: $500 (minimum 5 license required to qualify for floating licenses)

Legacy Renewals:

Notice of Policy Change: Effective May 1st 2017

For past customers that own older versions of our products, we have legacy renewal options to get your license upgraded to the current shipping version.

Support:

Boris FX provides complimentary email and phone support for recent versions of Continuum, Sapphire, and Mocha within 12 months of your original date of purchase.

Continuum: To be eligible for support, users must have version 10 or above. If you have an older version of Continuum and require support, upgrade to the current version of Continuum. Upgrades will include a Legacy Renewal fee of $100 - in addition to the regular upgrade price. (See individual hosts for pricing.)

Sapphire: To be eligible for support, users must have version 10 or above. If you have an older version of Sapphire and require support, upgrade to the current version of Sapphire. Upgrades will include a Legacy Renewal fee of $225 - in addition to the regular upgrade price. (See individual hosts for pricing.)

Mocha Pro and Mocha VR: To be eligible for support, users must have version 4 or above. If you have an older version of Mocha and require support, upgrade to the current version of Mocha. Upgrades will include a Legacy Renewal fee of $100 - in addition to the regular upgrade price. (See individual hosts for pricing.)

Sapphire & Continuum Units: Units are eligible for 12 months of email support only. Software updates can be purchased as needed for an additional fee. (See individual units for pricing.)

Support options for after your complimentary year of support has ended: visit our Forums, upgrade to the latest version, purchase an annual subscription, or purchase a one-time support case for a $195 fee.

1 year of Free Upgrades:

Purchases of the most recent versions of Continuum, Sapphire, and Mocha full licenses and upgrades will come with 1 year of free upgrades.
