How long does my monthly subscription last?

Your Sapphire, Continuum, Mocha Pro, or Silhouette monthly subscription lasts 30 days from the purchase date.

Will my monthly subscription auto-renew?

Yes, all Boris FX monthly subscriptions auto-renew after 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by visiting borisfx.com, logging into your BorisFX customer account, clicking on the license tab, and choosing “cancel subscription”. Once you cancel your subscription, there will be no future charges to your account.









If I cancel my subscription prior to my expiration date, will it turn off immediately?

No, your subscription will remain active until your expiration date, regardless of whether you have canceled your subscription.

How can I check when my subscription expires?

Log into your Boris FX customer account panel, click on the licenses tab, and you can view your subscription renewal date.



What happens if I forget to cancel during my monthly subscription? Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, no. All accounts will be charged after 30 days unless canceled via the Boris FX customer panels. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
