Film Effects with PixelChooser and Motion Tracking

An editor recently inquired regarding how to apply a black & white film look to color footage while retaining a small patch of color in the image. This screencap demonstrates how to create this effect using BCC’s Film Damage filter and built-in PixelChooser and Motion Tracking tools.
