The closing date for submissions is October 30th at 11:59 pm EDT. No submissions to the competition will be permitted following this date and time.

Each individual can only submit one entry to this competition.
The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or its Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company.
The company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No alternative to the prizes will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
The Community Award will be awarded to the finalist with the most votes by October 30 at 11:59 pm PDT.
The winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.
The company will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to allow their photo to be covered, documented, and marketed by Boris FX, sponsors, and partners.

This includes, but is not limited to, any physical injuries sustained while using or interacting with any prize awarded (e.g., Wacom tablet).
Employees of Boris FX and their family members are not eligible to enter.
This contest is open to participants worldwide unless prohibited by local laws. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they comply with their local laws and regulations regarding participation in contests and the receipt of prizes. Boris FX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize cannot be delivered to a winner's location due to legal restrictions, customs regulations, or other similar issues.
Boris FX reserves the right to monitor voting activity for signs of fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to the use of bots, paid votes, or other methods intended to artificially inflate vote counts. If any such activity is detected, Boris FX will disqualify the participant involved and may delete their submission from the contest gallery. Any decisions regarding disqualification for fraudulent voting behavior are final and at the sole discretion of Boris FX. Participants will be notified of disqualification via email.
