Realistic Compositing for 3-D

Once you've exported from SynthEyes, you can create new elements in your 3-D animation or compositing application. In this section we'll take a brief look at some techniques you can use to ensure the elements you insert (or "integrate") look realistic—these don't have anything to do with SynthEyes per se, but are just a reminder or hint for things to consider. For more information, consult a book on compositing.

We'll run through the basic setups, then list various elements that you should match in the scene beyond the basic "camera match." If you're an experienced 3-D compositor, you can skip this section.
