Measured Height or Width in 3D
You may have measurements from the set for the dimensions of the plane you are tracking, for example a 36" wide door. Such on-set measurements will allow you to provide a 3-D track that ties in to real-world measurements. A single width or height measurement will not affect the tracking of an individual tracker, but if you have both you can specify the exact aspect ratio, which will affect positioning of corners and subsequent tracking.
If you have one measurement, you can enter it into the 3-D Size value, and set the radio button to Width or Height appropriately. As you adjust the 3-D Size spinner, you'll see the scaling and positioning of the planar tracker change in the 3-D views, moving towards and away from the camera. But the size in the camera view does not change! (If you have a choice of values to measure, a height is preferred. For measurement accuracy, the longer dimension is better, so with high-aspect rectangles you might want to consider height the long dimension.)
