Measured Height and Width: Known Aspect
If you have both width and height measurements from the set, then you know the rectangle's aspect ratio. You should divide width by height to obtain the rectangle aspect ratio, select the 3-D Known Aspect planar mode (or a variant), and enter the computed aspect ratio into the 3-D Aspect spinner on the Planar Options panel. (You'll likely need to re-set corner positions to compatible locations.) Note that the known aspect ratio mirrors the tracker aspect ratio on the tracker panel.
With the aspect ratio configured, you can also enter the measured height into the 3-D Size spinner.
