Transform Scene (Edit)
This phase lets you apply a fixed transform to a scene: a camera, its attached moving objects, and the camera and object's trackers. If the camera or object is part of a stereo pair, the opposite camera or object is also transformed.
The transform includes offsets in X, Y, and Z, rotation (pan/tilt/roll), and scaling. Since the values are specific numbers, this phase is more of a fix-it for specific situations like "Can we rotate this whole scene by 15 degrees?" Or you might use it to align a scene so that a specific direction needing filtering aligns with the coordinate axes, filter it, then transform back to the original orientation.
Free-standing meshes are not affected by the transform. Meshes that are parented to an object necessarily follow along with that object. The scaling of the mesh and its position relative the object are unaffected by any scaling.
Similarly, the distance constraint value of trackers are not currently affected by an applied scaling. (This should probably be fixed.)
