The BCC Extruded EPS filter enables you to import, extrude and animate 2D vector artwork using either the native Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps format.

You have the option to retain the original colors of the imported eps/ai file or create your own using the built-in material shader controls.

Users of Adobe After Effects can take advantage of the filter's built-in support for AE native camera and lighting systems. Non-AE users will be able to utilize the filter's own built-in 3D camera and lighting options.

Additionally, AE users can use AE native mask tools to create custom bevel shapes while non-AE users have access to a variety of factory installed bevel shapes.

Also included with this filter are an array of 3D deformers, such as:

  • Bend-Taper-Twist
  • Curl
  • Pulse
  • Ripple
  • Shatter Explosion

As with all filters in the 3D Objects group, this OpenGL based filter is hardware assisted for enhanced render performance.
