Performing the file replacement will minimize the possibilities of render crashes.

* Attention Canopus Rex Edit & Raptor Edit Users - After running the downloadable update, Rex Edit or Raptor Edit user's should >>copy<< the BorisFX.dll from c:\Program FIles\Artel Software Inc\Boris FX(tm)\ into their c:\dvrex\Effect or c:\DVRaptor\Effect directory, accordingly.

Rex Edit & Raptor Edit users will notice the additional option of "Boris FX" within the list of Transitions available. "Natasha" is left intact so that Canopus users may still open and modify settings created in prior projects. However, we recommend Canopus users to begin utilizing the "Boris FX" entry being that this rendition of the Boris FX plug-in has been optimized using Canopus' native API and should render faster.
